    What the job involves

    • Design create and deliver in-person as well as live virtual qualification and instruction content to dealers
    • Answer application questions that may be out of the realm of tech support and bring in engineering if necessary
    • Manage training kit inventory for virtual training and ensure delivery of training kits to the attendees
    • Oversee dealers and build their confidence with on-site supervision/support of measurements and installation of their first project
    • Create scripts record on camera edit and produce videos to post online for “how to” and self-paced training and qualification content
    • Develop application notes
    • Manage and maintain in-person training equipment as well as manage logistics of shipping the equipment as needed
    • Support trade shows with:product specification and ordering setup before the show be an “in booth” subject matter expert
    • Work with the sales team to develop training schedules and post registration links manage the training rosters track attendance and grade assignments during training work with sales operations update user credentials after the training
    • Research new training techniques and resources to provide continuous improvements and elevate the customer experience
    • Be a Lutron ambassador and enthusiastic subject matter expert
    • Be the Customer ambassador to the Lutron organization Engage with product managers and engineering to provide customer feedback Always be on the lookout for product improvement
