Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MSP systems administration or enterprise remote support
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 Azure AD Entra ID Google Workspace MFA SSO and IAM
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP DNS firewalls and secure VPN configurations
- Must have a secure home office high speed internet and reliable hardware for RMM tools
- Exceptional professional communication skills and a structured troubleshooting approach

Day to day
- Handle technical escalations for remote client environments and resolve workstation cloud and connectivity issues
- Monitor troubleshoot and optimize Microsoft 365 Google Workspace and identity access systems
