Remote Systems Analyst - Beacon Job in San Francisco, CA Optum

Who you are

• Beacon Certification
• 4+ years of experience within a technology environment, with 2 of those years within a healthcare setting
• Experience working in a clinical setting
• Oncology experience or Inpatient / outpatient Pharmacy experience
• Experience in the support, maintenance, and training of a specific information system

Desirables

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with and understanding of protocol build
• Epic Willow Certification or Proficiency with Build experience
• Beaker or Lab knowledge

What the job involves

• Analyze pharmacy/oncology software applications and business data to ensure accurate findings and applicable recommendations
• Utilize conceptual knowledge, analytical methods, and problem-solving skills to perform assignments and improve efficiencies within existing applications
• Provide ITS solutions and services which ultimately contribute to patient safety and care
• Demonstrate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures used specifically within a healthcare technology applications environment
