Requirements

- Experience installing configuring or supporting software based or control system products
- Direct experience working with end users and customers
- Experience with complex system integrations such as SCADA BMS EMS or data integration platforms
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Clear professional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated data analysis skills and attention to detail
- Ability to organize and interpret quantitative and qualitative information
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness and ability to travel 30–40%

Day to day
- Install and configure energy management demand response and control system software for customers remotely and on site
- Translate customer needs into business use cases and clear system configuration requirements
- Test validate and support integrations perform customer acceptance tests and conduct health checks on active systems
- Deliver training demos proof of concept support and QA testing for releases upgrades and demo environments
- Collaborate with integrators developers project managers and customers to resolve issues improve processes and support energy efficiency programs
