Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Systems Engineer experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot analyze and configure VMware O365 backups desktops Windows and client/server systems across multiple operating systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Mac and virtual services
  • Working technical knowledge of network hardware protocols and internet standards
  • Strong background with ticketing systems and work tracking
  • 1+ years in a customer facing role MSP preferred
  • 2+ years working with SaaS products
  • Microsoft Certifications preferred
  • Bonus for Intune ConnectWise RMM tool experience
  • Virtualization certification a plus including Azure VMware or AWS
  • Experience with MSP tools like ITGlue is a bonus

Day to day

  • Deliver high-quality IT technical support services to clients across consulting remote troubleshooting installation integration and systems support tasks
  • Diagnose analyze and resolve server PC desktop VM client/server and operating system issues while escalating appropriately when needed
  • Manage tickets and projects efficiently communicate clearly with customers and maintain accurate documentation and ticket quality
  • Participate in process improvements on-call rotation and occasional onsite support for nearby customers
