Requirements
- 1-3 years of Systems Engineer experience
- Ability to troubleshoot analyze and configure VMware O365 backups desktops Windows and client/server systems across multiple operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Mac and virtual services
- Working technical knowledge of network hardware protocols and internet standards
- Strong background with ticketing systems and work tracking
- 1+ years in a customer facing role MSP preferred
- 2+ years working with SaaS products
- Microsoft Certifications preferred
- Bonus for Intune ConnectWise RMM tool experience
- Virtualization certification a plus including Azure VMware or AWS
- Experience with MSP tools like ITGlue is a bonus

Day to day
- Deliver high-quality IT technical support services to clients across consulting remote troubleshooting installation integration and systems support tasks
- Diagnose analyze and resolve server PC desktop VM client/server and operating system issues while escalating appropriately when needed
- Manage tickets and projects efficiently communicate clearly with customers and maintain accurate documentation and ticket quality
- Participate in process improvements on-call rotation and occasional onsite support for nearby customers
