  • 3-5 years of Systems Engineer experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot and configure VMware O365 backups desktops Windows client/server across multiple operating systems
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Mac and virtual services
  • Experience planning and executing hardware and firmware upgrades including patching
  • Working knowledge of network hardware protocols and internet standards
  • Strong background with ticketing systems and work tracking
  • 2+ years in a customer facing role MSP preferred
  • 2+ years working with SaaS products
