Requirements
- 2-3 years of EMR support experience
- 3-5 years of Systems Engineer experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and configure VMware O365 backups desktops Windows client/server across multiple operating systems
- Proven experience with Microsoft Mac and virtual services
- Experience planning and executing hardware and firmware upgrades including patching
- Working knowledge of network hardware protocols and internet standards
- Strong background with ticketing systems and work tracking
- 2+ years in a customer facing role MSP preferred
- 2+ years working with SaaS products
