Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience or 4+ years with a related bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to develop deploy and troubleshoot complex infrastructure implementations on premises and in the cloud
  • Ability to communicate professionally with client executives
  • Ability to work in customer service orientations training and networking both onsite and remotely
  • Successful completion of criminal background check and any additional checks if required
  • Experience with ConnectWise or another PSA tool
  • Required MSP experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Advanced proficiency in Azure and Office 365 cloud technologies and migrations
  • Advanced proficiency in network and server deployment including virtualization and storage
  • Advanced networking skills including VPN routing switching wireless firewalls and security
  • Ability to design deploy support and troubleshoot Microsoft AVD/RD environments and Citrix
