Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen
- Ability to obtain and retain a Secret clearance
- At least 4 years of experience supporting Program Executive Office and/or Major Systems Acquisition Programs in a Systems Engineering capacity
- Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering Computer Science Operations Research or related STEM discipline
- Ability to interface with senior levels of management
- Ability to recommend improvements to current and future team operations and processes
- Ability to research gather and synthesize data
- Ability to present conclusions and recommendations to management
- Ability to prepare summaries analyses reports charts graphs instructions memoranda and manuals/reference materials
- Ability to plan and organize work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to perform in a hybrid office environment

Day to day
- Prepare IT documentation block diagrams and logic flowcharts to support engineering decisions and clear communication.
- Develop sample test data analyze results and use findings to guide product development debugging and refinement.
- Maintain system requirements configuration records and operational documentation while supporting the transition from STEPP to CSOD.
