Who you are

• 2-5 years of experience in a Technical Consulting, Configuration Services, Implementation Project Management, or Support role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of API integrations.
• Proven ability to manage projects, with a focused, action-oriented, and anticipatory approach to next steps.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior client stakeholders and collaborate across multiple internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Based in the EMEA or NAM/LATAM regions, or aligned time zones.

Desirables

• Understanding of HRIS/ERP systems

What the job involves

• Lead efforts in enabling, troubleshooting, and providing technical consulting on Deel’s integration products.
• Employ a project management approach to guide both external customers and internal teams through the integration process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Success and Onboarding teams regarding integrations and API-related queries and issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot integration issues, coordinating closely with internal teams.
• Oversee customer integration projects from inception to completion, including requirement gathering, strategy formulation, implementation, and testing.
• Actively communicate with Onboarding Managers and CSMs about progress and potential issues.
