- Possess a strong customer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness via email phone or live chat.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in IT management and System Administration.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Mac OSX Windows & Linux administration and configuration.
- Experienced in setting up and configuring Single Sign On (SSO) environments and Active Directory.
- Advanced knowledge in Firewalls AD environments DNS Servers Authentication protocols and LDAP.
