What the job involves

• Facilitate and enhance onsite Systems Training and Implementation across the group.
• Involve in the design of training packages and materials for training purposes.
• Provide training representation within projects and develop end user documentation.
• Identify best practices to increase efficiencies and document them.
• Facilitate UAT testing for optimal end user experience.
• Support during parallel runs prior to Go-Live and provide monthly reports on training effectiveness.
