Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Recruiting AssociateLocation: Remote (within 50 miles of Los Angeles preferred)Hours: Full-time
Overview:We’re seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Recruiting Associate to support our recruiting team by building strong talent pipelines across multiple business functions. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, research, and candidate engagement to ensure we have a steady pool of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities:Source and engage candidates across categories including:Digital/MarketingCreative/DesignProject Management/OperationsAdministrative/Executive SupportOther roles as needed, including Finance, Tech, Logistics, etc.Build and maintain organized talent pools and category-specific pipelines.Screen resumes for qualifications and role alignment.Manage outreach campaigns and track response rates, status updates, and pipeline health.Maintain accurate candidate data and notes within our ATS or tracking tools.Partner closely with job managers and hiring managers to understand evolving hiring needs.
Qualifications:1–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or sourcing—ideally within digital, marketing, or creative.Strong understanding of creative, digital, and marketing roles.Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, etc.).High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Excellent communication and follow-up skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple pipelines.

 Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
