  • Previous recruiting experience in-house or agency side
  • Experience in iGaming affiliate industry or operators
  • Experience with Digital Marketing roles (SEO and Editorial)
  • Excitement to join a fast-growing company
  • Knowledge of job boards and recruitment methods
  • Focus on direct sourcing and LinkedIn outreach
  • Sales, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with great communication skills

What the job involves

  • You will work on various roles across Digital Marketing/Product/Tech
  • Liaise with stakeholders for recruitment processes
  • Publish, write, edit, and proof-read job adverts
  • Manage jobs from understanding roles to aiding in decision making
  • Conduct CV screening and video interviews
  • Collaborate to improve the hiring process
  • Enhance candidate experience via ATS (TeamTailor)
  • Evaluate talent attraction methods and monitor competitors
  • Provide weekly recruitment updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager
