Who you are

• Previous experience in recruiting role, either in-house or agency side
• Proven experience in iGaming affiliate industry or with iGaming operators
• Extensive experience with Digital Marketing roles, especially experience with SEO and Editorial positions
• Knowledge of all types of job boards and recruitment methods, with a particular focus on direct sourcing and outreach on LinkedIn
• Sales, analytical and negotiation skills
• Highly organised with great communication skills

What the job involves

• You will provide the support where we need to help grow our business.
• You will ensure our recruitment processes are followed, guaranteeing a smooth and enjoyable candidate journey.
• You will be working on a wide variety of roles across the business as we expand (Digital Marketing/Product/Tech).
• Liaising with stakeholders to assess team needs and manage recruitment processes.
• Responsible for candidate experience and communicating with our candidates at each stage of the process - through our ATS (TeamTailor).
• Provide weekly updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager or Head of Talent on the recruitment pipeline.
