Who you are

  • Experience as Talent Acquisition Partner across multiple business areas
  • Proven experience in building and improving employee performance management frameworks
  • Worked in a high performing and collaborative Talent Management team
  • Excellent project management skills in communication, planning, organisation and execution
  • Proficient with HR/Talent/Performance systems such as Greenhouse, SageHR, Quantive
  • Experience within a technology company, ideally SaaS or Fintech

What the job involves

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a first-class candidate experience.
  • Support Talent Lead on implementing and improving performance management framework, including reviews and goal setting.
  • Assist Talent Development with leadership learning resources linked to performance management, such as continuous feedback and recognition.
