Who you are

  • Exceptional academic background in a Psychology-based subject.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using R or Python SQL and statistical analysis.
  • Experience in behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
  • Deep understanding of how to predict and measure talent success.
  • Strong remote work skills and personal organization.
  • Willingness to travel for company events several times a year.

Desirables

  • Experience in Bayesian Inference
  • Experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights
  • Knowledge of DISC Profiling
  • Psychometric Testing Skills

  • Drive talent analytics to provide our business with real-time insight.
  • Conduct in-depth behavioural talent interviews providing considerable insights into motivations and behaviours.
  • Build key relationships with global stakeholders to ensure we deliver against our hiring agenda.
  • Drive data-driven insights to inform robust decision-making processes.
  • Review and improve hiring processes and tools for continuous improvement.
