  • Understanding of FCA regulation and customer outcome requirements
  • Experience reviewing adviser activity and identifying risks or quality concerns
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence to challenge constructively while maintaining positive working relationships
  • Good analytical skills to identify trends and root causes
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own workload
  • Collaborative approach and passion for helping others succeed

Day to day

  • Provide quality and risk oversight across Protection Advisers.
  • Support adviser development and help them meet expected standards.
  • Carry out supervision activities, file reviews, observations, and coaching to improve customer outcomes and conduct.
