Who you are

• 2+ years of end-to-end multi-state payroll processing experience
• Federal and state tax amendment filing experience including CA DE 9ADJ, W-3c, W-2c, and corrected 1099
• Demonstrated payroll correction experience
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Basic Excel skills
• Film tax incentive experience is a plus
• Entertainment payroll experience is a plus

What the job involves

• Provide daily administrative and customer service support within the Tax Department
• Process agency notices, unemployment claims, tax amendments, and mail
• Ensure data accuracy between internal systems and send standard reporting to clients
• Support general payroll best processes
• Resolve outstanding tax notices, abatement letters, tax payment issues
