Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in supporting desktop systems in a large-scale enterprise environment including 1+ at a leadership level

What the job involves

• Oversee the daily operations of the desktop systems team including planning and implementation of end user software and hardware endpoint management imaging software deployment and patch management
• Oversee operations of Desktop Services team to ensure quality reliability and security as change occurs
• Contributes to strategic planning and assists in the development of strategic roadmaps
