Remote Team Lead, Tax Services Job in United States Paycor

Who you are

• 4-year degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 3+ years of HCM software, Paycor, or payroll tax experience preferred
• Subject matter expertise within Paycor’s Tax systems and tax processes
• Demonstrated knowledge of all areas of employment tax processing
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective in influencing and negotiating with customers
• Strong oral and written communication skills with presentation abilities
• Takes initiative with high degree of ownership and accountability
• Highly organized with exceptional follow through
• Experience with multiple departments, multi-tasking, and working independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
• Approachable and empathetic with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Experience with SalesForce.com and/or customer management analytical software preferred

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in coaching associates and partnering with managers in handling tax matters for customers
• Maintain advanced knowledge of payroll tax processes and systems
• Aid in the cross-team development of best practices and roadmap solutions for delivery to their team of associates
