Requirements
- Deep technical experience with associate level certifications and 5+ years of experience with AWS GCP or other major public cloud
- Strong understanding of FinOps framework and certification
- Ability to adapt to the fast-changing public cloud market and learn quickly
- Strong leadership skills to influence and guide a team
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Day to day
- Manage a team of Technical Account Managers and help customers harness the power of public cloud technologies efficiently
- Deliver departmental initiatives and support team development
- Work side-by-side with customers to educate mentor advise and solve problems related to cloud technologies
- Establish monthly and quarterly KPIs and coach your team to exceed those goals
- Serve as the first-line escalation point for technical or business-related challenges
