What the job involves
- Manage a team of Technical Account Managers and help customers harness the power of public cloud technologies efficiently
- Deliver departmental initiatives and support team development
- Work side-by-side with customers to educate mentor advise and solve problems related to cloud technologies
- Establish monthly and quarterly KPIs and coach your team to exceed those goals
- Serve as the first-line escalation point for technical or business-related challenges
