Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years managing projects, teams and clients.
- Minimum of 5+ years programming experience with JavaScript ecosystem.
- Strong command of fluent/business English speaking and writing skills.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (XP, Scrum or Kanban).
- Enjoy being hands-on in a codebase while managing and mentoring developers and designers.
- Self-management skills and can work independently.

Day to day
- Work full-time and constantly communicate with clients.
- Create user stories, plan next steps, and lead software projects.
- Mentor team members, tackle product problems, and set technology strategy for clients.
- Work on internal and external projects building modern and efficient apps.
- Review pull requests and maintain a product-focused mindset while keeping code clean.
