Who you are
Minimum of 5 years experience in customer service & support or related fields
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
High emotional intelligence and empathy
Ability to perform in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic data science ML and/or AI; Python environments; cloud technologies (AWS AKS GCP); knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Unix); networking components and tools
Experience with CRM tools and customer activity monitoring
Bachelor’s degree required
Willingness to travel less than 25% to conduct onsite visits.

What the job involves
Serve as the primary technical and customer success contact for customers post-sale
Drive product adoption and customer objectives by offering expertise and understanding customer environments and goals
Forge strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful product implementation
Demonstrate deep market understanding to enhance customer value and align business goals
Identify new services and opportunities for product consulting and training
Travel occasionally to support technical troubleshooting and user training (approximately 25% travel).
