Who you are

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in customer service & support or related fields
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Ability to perform in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic data science ML and/or AI; Python environments; cloud technologies (AWS AKS GCP); knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Unix); networking components and tools
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer activity monitoring
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Willingness to travel less than 25% to conduct onsite visits.

What the job involves

  • Serve as the primary technical and customer success contact for customers post-sale
  • Drive product adoption and customer objectives by offering expertise and understanding customer environments and goals
  • Forge strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful product implementation
  • Demonstrate deep market understanding to enhance customer value and align business goals
  • Identify new services and opportunities for product consulting and training
  • Travel occasionally to support technical troubleshooting and user training (approximately 25% travel).
