Who you are

  • Industry recognised technical qualification (HND/Degree or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering continuous improvement in technical & food safety standards
  • Factory Production experience
  • HACCP Certification & Advanced Food Safety Qualification
  • Experience of Major Retail customers
  • Full UK driving license

What the job involves

  • Manage and develop the technical relationship with Foodservice customers
  • Act as the main technical point of contact for key accounts
  • Regularly visit production sites and customer office locations in the country
  • Support site team with compliance to food safety, quality, and integrity requirements
  • Facilitate and lead customer technical meetings, reviews, and visits
  • Ensure effective communication of new and updated customer standards and codes of practice
