Who you are
- Industry recognised technical qualification (HND/Degree or equivalent)
- Demonstrable track record of delivering continuous improvement in technical & food safety standards
- Factory Production experience
- HACCP Certification & Advanced Food Safety Qualification
- Experience of Major Retail customers
- Full UK driving license

What the job involves
- Manage and develop the technical relationship with Foodservice customers
- Act as the main technical point of contact for key accounts
- Regularly visit production sites and customer office locations in the country
- Support site team with compliance to food safety, quality, and integrity requirements
- Facilitate and lead customer technical meetings, reviews, and visits
- Ensure effective communication of new and updated customer standards and codes of practice
