5+ years of experience in networking, network design, and network troubleshooting
Enterprise software development experience

What the job involves
The STAM owns an assigned client relationship from a technical services perspective post installation.
The STAM serves as the focal point for an assigned key client on sustaining or issue-related bases and liaises with internal teams as required.
The role involves hands-on debugging, coordinating issue resolutions, conducting quarterly reviews with client representatives, and driving proactive improvement to enhance client relationships and satisfaction.
