    What the job involves

    • Act as a dedicated support engineer and trusted advisor by deeply understanding customer business needs and aligning them with Cato’s solutions
    • Manage customer issues from identification to resolution and provide troubleshooting and technical solutions
    • Perform proactive account reviews and deliver status updates, planned upgrades, and maintenance notifications in weekly customer calls
    • Build customer relationships by providing support, training, and managing communication for EA & RFE
    • Manage project deployments by handling communication scheduling and implementation of Cato solutions
    • Serve as the technical escalation point for customer technical support, including being on-call for critical business impact issues
    • Facilitate quarterly business review sessions with customers and Cato teams
    • Mentor support engineers and contribute to the development of best practice articles
    • Advocate for customers by working directly with Cato engineering customer support and product management teams
    • Help build improve and expand Cato’s global support services while maintaining a positive and can-do attitude
