Who you are

  • 8 to 10 years of combined experience in Support Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Pre-Sales roles from web, network, or information security companies
  • Experience in managing project deployment of a Cloud or SaaS technology
  • Proven ability to build a strong relationship with the customer in a support or service setting
  • Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Networking, TCP/IP, Firewalls, and proxy servers
  • Great troubleshooting abilities and passion to dive into complicated technical problems in real production environments
  • Experience with Cloud or SaaS technology provider is a plus
  • Familiarity with VPNs, IPSec, security protocols, and standards
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and passion for working with customers
  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple simultaneous projects in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with a globally dispersed and cross-cultural team

What the job involves

  • Engaging with customers during the post-sales process as the ongoing customer lifecycle continues
  • Owning and managing customer issues, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve them
  • Building relationships with customers and providing support, training, and communication management
  • Project managing the deployment process of Cato solutions
  • Acting as a technical escalation point for customer support
  • Facilitating QBR sessions with the customer and Cato Product and Services teams
  • Contributing to knowledge and best practices articles
  • Working directly with other Cato Departments on customer issues
