Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 2 years as a Technical Account Manager
- Hold a CCNP certification; CCIE is an advantage
- Have deep knowledge of IT networks and experience in network architecture
- Demonstrate Linux operation and troubleshooting expertise
- Experience with Operational Technologies networks is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous
- Willing to travel up to 40%.

Day to day
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers
- Design and deploy solutions that meet client objectives
- Identify product improvements based on customer feedback and market trends
- Optimize services and create valuable customer resources.
