Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager
  • CCNP certification is a must
  • Deep knowledge of IT networks
  • Previous experience working as a Network architect is an asset
  • Linux operation and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Operational Technologies and Operational Technologies networks is a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel (up to 40%)



What the job involves

  • As a Technical Account Manager, your impact will include acting as the technical lead and architect assigned to all customers
  • Work closely with clients to operationalize their solutions from Proof of Concept to Steady State.
  • Plan, design, build, and deploy Claroty’s solution to meet client objectives and requirements, enabling value.
  • Act as the point of contact for customers for all technical requirements.
  • Identify areas of improvement in products and services based on customer feedback.
  • Develop artifacts and documentation to optimize services and increase product value.
