What the job involves

  • Own the post-contract end-to-end support experience for strategic customers
  • Manage and monitor support interactions and respond to customer escalations
  • Provide proactive recommendations supporting customers’ requirements and technical needs
  • Collaborate with Account Team, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Create and deliver Quarterly Support Reviews and incident reviews
