What the job involves
Serve as platform experts with advanced client-facing skills providing technical solutions and configuration services post-sale
Work alongside Customer Success Managers to engage in deep partnership with clients providing strategic and technical expertise to ensure long-term success of the partnership
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to co-create and manage product adoption and training roadmaps ensuring delivery aligned with client’s overarching goals
Evolve customers' product configuration in response to new challenges or product improvements ensuring continued value and effectiveness
Work cross-functionally with customer success account teams technical support engineering and product teams to bring the right ideas and solutions to customers
Guide clients in navigating complex funding methodologies fraud detection systems and loan rate optimization strategies equipping them with the necessary insights to make informed product optimization decisions and implement effective technical solutions
Provide context on these critical areas to enable clients to leverage our platform's capabilities more effectively and partner with Customer Success Managers to optimize their lending processes
