Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Fluency in English and additional European languages.
  • Proficient with Windows Server Operating Systems and Cloud Technologies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise web technologies and security infrastructure.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
  • Familiarity with customer success processes in a SaaS environment.

Desirables

  • CISSP
  • ITIL
  • 3+ years in SaaS customer support



What the job involves

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for premium support customers.
  • Onboard new customers to the CrowdStrike platforms.
  • Conduct periodic health checks and training sessions to ensure customer success.
  • Function as customer advocate within internal CrowdStrike teams.
  • Engage with various levels of customer organizations to provide timely issue resolution.
  • Lead cross-functional groups for escalated cases to maintain resolution control.
