Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Fluency in English and another European language
  • Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems and Cloud Technologies is essential
  • Strong customer service skills and technical problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Desirables

  • CISSP
  • ITIL Certification
  • 3+ years in SaaS Customer Support



What the job involves

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers

  • Conduct periodic health checks and product training to ensure customer success
  • Act as a customer advocate within internal CrowdStrike teams
  • Research and resolve technical issues
