Day to day
- Overseeing technical delivery in existing accounts and collaborating closely with account management and technical leads to ensure seamless operations
- Articulating the value proposition of our delivery model to both existing and potential customers
- Actively involved in technical discussions with external clients guiding them through software development and delivery solutions
- Determining team composition and finding innovative solutions to clients' challenges
- Offering estimations and recommendations for software delivery approaches focusing on team composition and sizing
- Providing consultations on best practices in software delivery including areas such as CI/CD DevOps automated testing and UX design
