Who you are

  • At least 5 years of experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience at the engineering manager or director level.
  • Creativity and innovation.
  • Ability to design and implement cutting-edge technology solutions.
  • Experience leading teams of software developers or engineers in delivering solutions.
  • Expertise in DevOps or testing.
  • Subject matter expertise in one or two verticals.


What the job involves

  • Your role will involve overseeing technical delivery in existing accounts and collaborating closely with account management and technical leads to ensure seamless operations.
  • You'll also be responsible for articulating the value proposition of our delivery model to both existing and potential customers.
  • You'll be actively involved in technical discussions with external clients, guiding them through software development and delivery solutions.
  • You'll offer estimations and recommendations for software delivery approaches, with a focus on team composition and sizing.
  • You'll provide consultations on best practices in software delivery, covering areas such as CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and UX design.
