- Capable of advanced troubleshooting log analysis and initiating issue resolution with proficiency in programming and database management.

Day to day
- Manage and enhance the experience of marquee and strategic customers in the Khoros engagement platform ensuring optimal product adoption and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Act as the primary named technical point of contact developing trusted relationships and facilitating communications between customers and internal teams.
- Prepare and present operational metrics to provide a comprehensive view of customer cases and product engagement.
