Requirements
- 4-year undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years client-facing experience as a Technical Account Manager or in technical solutions implementation or technology consulting roles
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mobile marketing and technology experience
- General knowledge of digital marketing tools like analytics, attribution, ad serving, DMPs, push, and social media
- General knowledge of data-driven marketing practices like audiences, analytics, retargeting, exclusions.
Nice to have
- Experience in machine learning
- Experience in cloud architecture/services
- Spanish speaking
- Experience with serverless functions
- Experience with streaming data
- Experience with SQL/Analytics
Day to day
- Work directly with clients, collaborating with the Customer Success team to own technical projects and relationships.
- Ensure clients successfully adopt, leverage, and grow with the mParticle platform, maximizing service value.
- Interact with leading minds in data technology and marketing, partnering with platforms across machine learning, analytics, attribution, marketing automation, and social media domains.
