Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Experience working with or in ServiceNow
  • Experience in a technical support or account management role
  • Strong technical background and understanding of software and hardware systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • 4+ years as a Developer in ServiceNow or 6+ years as a ServiceNow Admin
  • 4+ years writing and debugging in an object-oriented language (JavaScript, Java, C#)
  • Understanding of ServiceNow Best Practices around Scripting and technical configurations
  • Understanding of Change Management, Incident Management and CMDB
  • Business Application Development
  • Client-side Scripting
  • Server-side Scripting
  • Table/Form/List Configuration and Customizations

Desirables

  • SN Certified System Admin (CSA)
  • SN Certified Application Dev (CAD)



What the job involves

  • The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing technical expertise and support, and ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of our products and services.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, developing long-term business relationships and understanding clients' technical requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of our products and services, providing solutions and recommendations accordingly.
