• Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Accountable for customer alignment for Oracle Health Hosting services.
• Lead Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Oracle Health products managing cross-functional teams for successful delivery.
• Plan and Monitor Projects: Direct schedules monitor budgets and ensure projects are completed timely and within budget.
• Provide Technical Direction: Supervise systems analysis and program staff offering support and guidance.
• Drive Innovation: Facilitate new products and services implementation recommending significant changes for continuous improvement.
