Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong technical background in software cloud services or IT infrastructure
- Experience in customer-facing roles preferably technical account management customer success or support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills building trust and rapport with customers
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic and data-driven decision-making abilities

What the job involves
- Serve as the primary contact for customers understanding their technical environments and maintaining strong relationships
- Provide expert technical guidance and support ensuring successful product implementation and operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues collaborating with internal teams
- Develop and deliver technical training and product demonstrations
- Monitor and report on customer accounts identifying usage metrics and upsell opportunities
- Act as a customer advocate sharing feedback with product teams to influence roadmaps
- Oversee technical projects ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
- Stay current with industry trends seeking opportunities to improve customer experience
