Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 4-6 years in Technical Account Management, Technical Support Engineering, Business Analysis, Implementation Management, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in SaaS implementations, application development integrations, service and support processes.
  • Familiarity with APIs and API integration with various programming languages.
  • Comfortable with 10-20% travel.
  • Preferred: prior experience with financial services, sponsor banks, and financial regulations.
  • Preferred: prior experience with identity fraud, KYC, consumer watchlists, and DocV technologies.
  • Preferred: experience with Data Science and statistical data analysis.



What the job involves

  • The Technical Account Manager handles ongoing technical relationships and acts as the face of Socure during the post-sales customer journey.
  • The Technical Account Manager handles anything from onboarding and implementation processes to renewals.
  • They proactively monitor customer integrations to ensure optimal usage and showcase the value of additional services and products.
