Who you are
- 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles
- Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices
- CSP level certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer) preferred
- Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and associated security considerations
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience

- Plan and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of the Wiz platform
- Provide strategic and hands-on technical guidance to customers from onboarding to operationalization
- Streamline collaboration between Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Support ensuring a cohesive customer experience
- Help customers unlock the full value of the Wiz platform through workshops
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
