Who you are

  • 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices
  • CSP level certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer) preferred
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and associated security considerations
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience



What the job involves

  • Plan and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of the Wiz platform
  • Provide strategic and hands-on technical guidance to customers from onboarding to operationalization
  • Streamline collaboration between Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Support ensuring a cohesive customer experience
  • Help customers unlock the full value of the Wiz platform through workshops
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
