Requirements

- Knowledge of the refinish industry
- Ability to use refinish products to a high standard
- Demonstrate products and processes in bodyshop environment
- Track record in customer facing role

- Previous sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills

Day to day
- Provide technical direction and assistance to Sherwin-Williams customers
- Guide on product lines, colour issues/support
- Facilitate account management with sales
- Develop key accounts within UK distribution network
- Interact daily with business partners and attend meetings/training
- Introduce new product lines and SKUs to the market
