- Proven experience in 2nd line Application Support.
- Experience supporting ERP applications with external customers.
- Familiarity with Windows OS and SQL.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience and industry knowledge.

What the job involves
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug software.
- Document and escalate issues as necessary.
- Respond to client calls, providing solutions and advice.
- Resolve incidents at 2nd Line and liaise with 3rd Line for problem resolution.
- Ensure Service Quality and timely handling of issues.
- Stay updated with software changes to provide accurate solutions.
- Assist with system setup, configuration, and use of integration tools.
