Who you are
What the job involves
- Work both independently and collaboratively with the wider team across the business to maintain and develop release notes user guides and training materials for our software solution skybook.
- Create user-facing release notes and update user manuals on each release cycle.
- Utilise authoring software to produce and publish documents to different audiences based on the DITA standard.
- Author edit and proof-read product enhancements release notes training materials knowledgebase and support articles.
- Liaise with Development teams to understand new features use/test them and provide feedback.
- Engage with customers/partners to provide shared user documentation.
- Maintain document control to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Assist with the production and maintenance of quality company-wide documentation.
