What the job involves

• Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of various Business Intelligence solutions for Remitra
• Work both independently and with internal users, business analysts, and engineering to interpret requests and implement new reporting tools and dashboards
• Provide guidance and recommend enhancements for existing reporting tools utilized by internal users and external customers
• Document and respond to user questions and communicate issues to business analysts and/or engineering
• Investigate database management issues and implement solutions to proactively identify and resolve them prior to escalation
• Assist in developing documentation and processes for future team members
• Perform daily ad hoc and structured analysis utilizing advanced analytical skills
• Identify potential areas of improvement within the business and use data analysis and business intelligence tools to enhance overall efficiency
