Who you are
- Commercial experience in analysing complex systems and integrations
- Experience in Agile software delivery teams using Azure DevOps, VSTS, or JIRA
- Excellent SQL and database design knowledge
- STEM Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years as a technical business analyst on large projects
- Experience in B2B integration or data mapping/migration projects

What the job involves
- Analyse and document demand from business, third parties, and IT for software development team
- Act as the main point of contact for technical queries from the business
- Work with stakeholders to analyze functional and non-functional requirements
- Create technical documentation for development teams
- Run workshops to investigate user requirements and agree on solutions
- Assist and mentor other analysts
