Requirements
- Experience in data warehousing data modeling or analytics engineering
- Solid SQL skills with complex data structures
- Ability to trace data through a pipeline from source to reporting layer and identify failures
- Experience writing user stories documenting requirements and working closely with delivery teams
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage a workstream independently from conversation through scoping investigation and engineering handoff

Day to day
- Own the full requirements-to-delivery cycle for the DWH and analytics platform, bridging business stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Investigate data issues by tracing source tables through transformation layers to the reporting surface and documenting actionable findings.
- Translate stakeholder requests into engineer-ready specifications, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and validate delivered work against what was specified.
