Day to day
- Act as a bridge between business and technology across internal platforms and external brokerage partners.
- Gather, document, and maintain detailed business and functional requirements for API products, integrations, data contracts, mappings, and specifications.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria, support QA test planning, validate business logic, and use SQL and Excel to analyse data and investigate issues.
