• Significant experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on technical projects and Salesforce.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow design tools (e.g., Visio).
• Analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Jira, Asana.
• Experience with APIs and integrations.
• Salesforce certifications, e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
